Terms & Conditions


All orders must be paid in full before we will accept them. We accept orders to addresses in the UK, Europe and United States of America.

Your order will be cancelled if:

  • We have been unable to process your payment, or payment is later cancelled by a bank or merchant service provider.
  • Payment has been made fraudulently or by illegal means.
  • We do not supply to your address.

In the event that your payment has been received but we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be full reimbursed to the credit or debit card used to make the order.




Print orders are typically processed within 24 hours. They will then be shipped within:

  • UK & NI: 3-5 working days
  • Europe & RotW: 7-10 working days

Should there be any delays dye to the current situation the seller with contact the buyer to advise.

Please be aware given the current ongoing global pandemic there may be delays to your prints arriving. If  you have not received your prints within 14 days please get in touch so we can investigate. We will not be held responsible for your order if you have not told us within 14 days from receiving your order confirmation email.


If your print has arrived damaged or not as described on the website we offer a full refund or exchange service or new print option for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.Seller will replace any items damaged while in transit if contacted within 14 days of purchase.

To claim a refund or request a new print please email stephjohnstoneart@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the refund and photographic evidence. We will review your claim within 5 days. If we are satisfied we will either refund your order to the debit or credit card used for the order or ship you a new print.

We do not accept refund due to buyers remorse.
